Firstly... Don't listen to what I have to say haha, definitely go get your butt in all and every car you're interested in. Half the nonsense I spout is purely for myself, as I'm fanatical about certain aspects of driving. Happy to share my experiences though:
I've driven quite a few 718 2.0 and...
I've had 2 Cayman S' a 2009 987 Gen 2 PDK, and a 2014 981 PDK. I've also been fortunate enough to own a 991.1 911 GTS. I've also had a fair amount of track time in a 991.1 GT3 and GT3 RS. All PDK unfortunately.
On a quick tangent - I personally don't think comparing any gearbox' has any merit...
Test drive at Rybrook Solihull today.
I know the guys there well, having bought a few cars from them in the past. Exceptionally lovely people, very chilled.
Sports suspension car, on Goodyears, with no track mode available due to software bug.
Prev cars include 991 911 GTS, multiple caymans...
Very off topic, but as a bunch of car enthusiasts, I imagine a driving game - albeit an arcadey one would be up there for those that enjoy a game or two.

There are ceramic coatings that offer some protection. I had gyeon leather shield (not leather coat), on my white tesla seats, which worked really well to prevent colour transfer. Even when there was a little transfer, it was easy to wipe away with a damp cloth/ leather cleaner once the coating...

So I've just got back from Salon Privé, sadly no Emira there... However there was a KEF stand and... The lady in charge of KEF's relationship with Lotus happened to be there. What are the chances (at salon privé - pretty high).
Anyway as Tom has already stated, it was an executive decision...
I had a model 3 and a 911 991.1 GTS at the same time for 2 years. Tesla was a great car, a fair bit quicker than the 430bhp 911. Didn't stop me from picking up the keys to the Porsche every chance I could.
Although I love the tech on my model 3, no doubt it makes life tangibly easier and...
Sub sub point: I actually agree that for 95% of people, the balance would be perfect and I question whether they'd be able to even appreciate marginal understeer at the limit. I however am an absolute chav, who thinks he's a (talentless) hero, who enjoys a glued front end and a slidey back end...
For those that are worrying about understeer; I just had an older 2012 Cayman taken to a certain Porsche suspension specialist and had the geometry set up by them. Over the years with the suspension settling and (a fair amount of) mileage put on, the car has some solid understeer as the front is...
