Hethel Yellow (with black pack and privacy glass) dealer demo I checked out today at Lotus Miami (Prestige Imports). They have a few more colors in another lot that I'll go see later next week.
Thankfully the amber reflectors on the headlights were barely noticeable as they're extremely...
I think that puts all fears to rest. I rarely have to drive 3-4 hours, so it sounds like I've got nothing to worry about (except with ice cream, I guess).
Assuming Harry's experience with the Eletre's range is not a problem with the particular example he tested, it would mean the Eletre S and R would have even worse range than the base model. Lotus has to address this if the Eletre is supposed to function as the money printer to fund more exciting...
25-year-old here. I'm definitely planning on using the Emira as my daily. Not too worried about insurance as I fortunately have a spotless driving record since I started driving nearly ten years ago.
I started out as a Magma Red fan, but I've since moved to the Nimbus Grey camp. It really does beautifully show off the car's lines.
That being said, the way Magma Red reacts to light does tempt me to switch back over. 😬
I still don't understand why Lotus didn't offer a proper British racing green to go with the tan interior. Dark Verdant is just black pretending to be green
That definitely looks like just dirt/sand deposited by rain. Super common and annoying in Florida, and all the more reason to get PPF.

My R32 definitely holds a special place in my heart, especially as it was one of the 5000 Mk5 R32s released in the US. Glad to hear you enjoyed yours too. :)
The Mk7 is awesome. I would have gotten one after the R32 fiasco at the dealer, but there was no way I was getting another car from them...
I do like the idea of it helping to keep food warm, not going to lie. :ROFLMAO:
I was mainly worried that it would ruin food outright given how some people have described it in videos, but only having to keep stuff that melts easily out of there is absolutely acceptable.
Hello! I'm Gábor from Miami, USA. Just thought I'd introduce myself after lurking here for a while.
My last "sporty" car was a Volkswagen R32 with a wonderful VR6 engine, which I unfortunately lost when the dealer crashed it during servicing. I drive an Audi A3 now, but I'm very excited to get...
Hi everyone!
After watching several videos of the Emira, I noticed that many people kept vaguely commenting on how the boot/trunk storage space gets rather hot after running the engine for some time.
I wanted to see if any current owners could give me a more concrete description of how hot it...
