Thinking about it, this may be where mine went for the doors as well.
I used M&A to sort a new rear diffuser and they had loads of Emira coming through for doors so I may have confused myself!
I spoke to the team over at M&A Coachworks and they have sprayed dozens upon dozens of of doors on Emiras for this issue. They take around 10 days with the car, but the issue is getting the doors from Lotus in the first instance!
Had mine done by Silverstone and very happy with the service given.
However, worth noting that they don't actually do much of the work. It gets sent down to M&A Coachwork in Berkshire for spraying as they are a Lotus approved body shop.
I'd guess most service centres will send the vehicle...
Yep, but that’s a problem for 2 years down the road 😂
By that point, it’ll also be out of warranty so I’ll have a look around at independent Lotus specialists (although not sure they’ll be that much cheaper!).
I’ve got a V6 and was recently fortunate enough to get the i4 as a hire car for a couple of days.
The i4 was great - no hesitations / delays with gear changes using the paddles and quick off the mark despite being 40bhp lower than the V6. It actually felt a fair bit quicker than my V6 as it...
Had my second service carried out yesterday at Silverstone. As always, excellent service from the dealership.
I paid £680 as they honoured the pre price increase price. I was told the new price for a 2nd year service is now £761 (if I recall correctly).
ASAIK, it’s not fully open in sport and track mode at idle (but does open up at lowish revs).
For those that I know who have the controller, they all leave it open all the time (you can program to start fully open when starting on the car). This means it sounds much better upon switch on.
The...
I've done the 3rd cat delete and it transforms the car. I also added the Milltek valve controller, but the impact of the valve open or OEM is limited in my view. I'm convinced this is because of the cat delete and if the valve controller was the only mod, I'm sure it would make a bigger...
I got mine from these guys but via their eBay shop - I had to reach out to them to request the colour as it wasn't shown anywhere on their website.

Mine was for a verdant green Emira and the match was very good judging by the the small stone chip the detailer sorted...
I was coming here to say exactly this.
The reality is, no one knows the definitive answer to exactly what causes the issue. However, I (and others) have been told that the issue is with the panel themselves and that sanding and re spraying will not sort the problem. We’ve also been told that...
Ok, the issue has now been sorted.
All the problems above stemmed from a blown fuse (fuse 82). This was caused by the wire in the sun visor somehow getting caught and causing a short.
That issue was fixed, new fuse popped in and all warning are now gone and I have interior lights!
Just to update, the issue has been found and fixed.
The issue was the wire going into the sun-visor vanity mirror. This is where the installer suspected the issue would be and he was right! It’s very tight in there and whilst it was fine when I left having had the work done, the wires must have...
The USB is on a different fuse I believe. I think it’s the one next to the one in question. I took the 7.5amp out of that slot and tried it in slot 82 which is when I found out there was an issue as it blew straight away!
