Sounds familiar. I requested home delivery, but on the morning of delivery was told there had been a mix up and my car was sat in the car park at Hethel. Lotus ended up hiring me a car until they could carry out the PDI and deliver the car about a week later.
A lotus admin error apparently!! They had it down as a factory collection rather than home delivery. Absolute shambles, however in fairness they have been very helpful once they realised their error. Hire car for me for the next couple of weeks!!
They cant tell me if its a car issue or a delivery issue!!! They are sending a hire car out to me whilst they try and sort it out!! Couldn't make this sh*t up!

Has anyone else received their checkout email with items missing off their chosen spec? I’m missing the tracker and homelink. Not sure whether to do the check out and fit my own tracker, not too bothered about the homelink. I’m worried if I raise it with lotus it will delay delivery...
That doesn't sound good, although not surprised. My deposit was 5 days earlier than yours with a Feb build,. Hopefully I'll now take delivery before the second year anniversary of my deposit date!!!
