    Share your washing approach

Bilt Hamber touch-less snow foam, then rinse. Then AutoGlym shampoo and contact wash with noodle mitt then rinse. Blower and towel dry. Then either Collinite ceramic beadcote or AutoGlym High Definition wax.

If it can also raise the rev limit, it’ll be a game changer.

Extended warranty for UK Emira owners from Oakmere Motor Group (Lotus Cheshire)

I don’t know if they have even heard of me. All my discussions have been directly with Lotus and they’ve said they’ll sort it out for me.

Hmmm seems like they’re just using it as an excuse. I’ve still heard nothing.

What did you do to your Emira today?

D It’s a bit early to tell as I’ve only driven it to the airport! Bur as Crestima said, they feel very similar to OEM. Only slightly less grabby than stock and maybe slightly more progressive. I’ll let you know on dust build up in a week or two.

Who's going to daily over Winter?

I’ll be using mine over winter. It won’t get a daily run out, but when I need to drive it, I will regardless of the weather (unless we get a lot of snow!)

What did you do to your Emira today?

I spoke to an EBC technician at a car show. As I’m not planning on tracking mine, he recommended the red pads. Apparently they are their lowest noise, lowest dust pads and they minimise rotor wear. Not suitable for tracking though. I’ve had a quick test of them today and they’re definitely not...

What did you do to your Emira today?

Fitted some EBC Red pads. Wasn’t overly impressed with the AP branded pads in terms of performance (grabby and loads of dust), nor was I impressed when I took the pads out. See pic, large chunk of pad missing. I presume this has been pulled away because the pads have stuck to the disk at some point.

Doesn’t look particularly TVR to me. Not mad enough!
