It’s the 3 metal prongs. You have to align them so they’re perfectly centered. Same thing happened to me, and after I pushed them down, they worked perfectly.

If you follow the link I posted, add to cart and then at check out, go to the USESS store and just let them know. They’re quick to respond and a few others on the forum also did the same and got the exact ones I got.
