Go to another dealer ya'll. The OEM parts to do the oil change were about $80 for me.

As per Lotus corporate, there is no run in procedure - this is what my dealer told me about a year ago. I pretty much did what is above anyway though, and oil at 2.5 and 5K miles.

I've used this stuff since 2018 on my zl1 wheel and knob, along with a brush and it works well...

I have a nice lathe and could try this.. PM me your budget and I'll see if the radius ball turning attachment tooling I need and my time would make a good match. :) Looks like the attachment can do a 2" max diameter.

@Eagle7 did you ever make the wooden knob? I could make that, but I'd need a radius cutter.. What dimensions are the stalk and set screw? I'm guessing its a M9 or M10, and maybe a M4 for the set screw.

Lol yah, I heard about that from the writer - he is on here somewhere! I'll let him chime in if he wants. It was a nice kudos for sure!

Word of warning.... at the spray booth, DO NOT USE the pink tri foam stuff on your wheels. It stained my yellow calipers and it was a pita to remove. :)

start moisturizing to slow it down. Evaluate how you get in and out and try not to hit the bolster as much. Also, look at your pants for anything that may dig in.

I dont know, feels like an internal amp issue, or maybe some pump is firing off and its causing the pop. Its a pretty common problem with car audio systems and associated equipment that dont have good grounds. I'm not going off of any real data here, just experience and guessing. Because its...
