Haven't logged onto the forum in awhile but I'm here to report that the EBC red stuff low dust pads are 100% worth the installation. Substantially less dust than the OEM pads, I would say 75%+ less dust. The install was relatively easy but regarding comments mentioning a tight/uneasy fit of the...
When the car is locked, the gas cap is locked. I'm guessing someone tried to pop it open as to vandalize your car, saw it was locked shut, so decided to just pry it off completely. If you are really in NYC, that's an area I see a lot of vandalism on the Civic Type R groups that I come from as...
Does anyone recommend a shop to install the 3rd cat delete in North FL/Jacksonville area?
I can handle my own oil change, and the exhaust valve controller from Milltek, but I'm a bit intimidated by the 3rd cat delete job.
The PPF at the cut seams on mine were not folded around the fenders and hood well enough to where they are now coming undone. Also, the PPF on my mirror caps wasn't done properly as well, so inspect your mirror caps closely.
GRP has had low dust EBC pads on back order, but told me yesterday they should be shipping out this week.
My wheels are ceramic coated with G Techniq, while they clean easier than without a coating, they do nothing in terms of preventing dust build up. After a good cleaning, only 50-100 miles...
I'm wondering this as well. I know it's not apples to apples, but look at the Fisker debacle. Folks who bough $60k+ E-SUVs are stuck with near worthless bricks when they quit working. Rich Rebuilds recently bought a basically brand new one for super cheap that was not working. Last I checked he...
Yikes. They are bleeding with these numbers. I really love my Emira and I am rooting for the Lotus business to thrive, but these numbers are alarming for sure.
Yes I did get the red/low dust spec...Other members in the forum in the past have installed them as well. I am not aware of fitment issues but will report back
I just ordered the EBC pads from GRP. I've had it with the OEM pads, I can't drive 100 miles without my ceramic coated wheels looking like shit.
I always used Akebono low dust pads on my Civic Type Rs of the past, but Akebono confirmed with me over email they will not be producing pads on the...
Only 700 FE 1.0 were produced for an MSRP of $93,900. I was lucky enough to get one of the 1.0. For me, that's the biggest exclusivity selling point, a decent chunk of change less on the MSRP for the same car as the 2.0
