important to note this example is without the carbon fiber mudflaps that come with the side skirts

The owner is from the middle east and therefore, I think the colors are representing that country he's from.
Attached some pictures for your reference, those side skirts are top of the line pre-preg carbon fiber material with autoclaved composite, the set of skirts are come with the fins for plug and play install.
