anyone know if the car comes with PPF fitted and if not who are the boys in the U you would trust to do it and any ideas on cost?

It's been covered on a few threads. Lotus said back in January they were looking into offering it as a factory-fit option. Pros and cons to that.
Your local dealer will probably have a couple of specialist fitters they use, so worth taking their advice.
To get some ideas on options and pricing, this is one of the specialists I've used - they do a lot of sports and supercars so are familiar with tackling more complex curves:

why is that?So maybe a mix of front end PPF and a ceramic coat would be a good idea to keep the cost down.
Another thing is that I know a super car dealer and he has told me he gets a lot of customers clearly stating that they don't want a car thats got or had PPF on in the past and this sometimes times can be a deal breaker when trying to get sales done.

There’s definitely complications that can arise. Ppf can be a serious pain to remove correctly and can lead to paint lifting if done incorrectly or if covered on a poorly painted surface. For exotics it’s usually a completely custom job where they aren’t plotting out a premade template which means in order to cut the ppf it needs to be done by scoring the film on the car. This means based on the installer’s talent there could be cuts on the paint if the installer presses too hard while scoring. And finally if you get a front end only wrap and remove it even a few years of it being installed will leave you with a color mismatch from UV damage to the paint on the ppf vs no ppf sections.So maybe a mix of front end PPF and a ceramic coat would be a good idea to keep the cost down.
