Hi, no i didn't select any of these from Lotus. There is a company 2 miles from me called Autoshine & Tinting who specialises in PPF, Ceramic coatings etc, so i will be getting it done there. They have already had an Emira in so have put together a number of packages together for the car.

Thats great. I opted for Lotus Silverstone collection as i like the whole experience of new car handover at a dealer. I have had about 8 new cars in the past. The only exception to this was a Caterham R300 i built from the kit, then after the post build check was delivered to my house.

I had the leather seats in the test car. Even though i did not fine tune the seat to my personal preference, but got it ok, i found the seat very comfortable.

Yes, he said his deposit was at reveal at Hethel 6th July. Clearly well after US LOT on this forum with pre reveal deposits. Clearly, if you are rich and famous, you take priority over enthusiasts.

In the Harry's video, he did ask Gavan about that. Gavan told Harry that it would not be a true Lotus using that system. Given Gavans 32 years at Lotus, he knows what a Lotus should be, the DNA, and trained by the late great Roger Becker among others, i think he is more than qualified in this area.

Test driving the touring, having come from 2 Caterhams and an S2 Elise, I felt is was a bit to soft for me. Sports suspension, I think will be perfect for me, as the car will be mostly doing service on track days with Lotus on Track. I do think though, if someone is new to Lotus, the touring...

Well I know my car rolled off the line/completed 17th November. I am told the next step is a call from Lotus with the registration number and delivery date. The delivery date is usually about a week from the phone call.🤞

Well i have been told that my car is complete and at Upper Heyford for PDI. The next call i get from CC should be the "here is your number plate and delivery date". The delivery date is, well allegedly, a week after the call.
