I think in every business a quality customer service will always keep a customer to come back people will always remember how they were treated . And if your treated like they forgot you existed your customers will forget about you because there are so many other options but they choose to buy...

Yes all brands of car can have issues but not all places have all places have a lotus dealership available nearby some have to drive hours to get to a nearest lotus and for a brand new car that is trying to build a a Quality reputation it doesn't sound good to hear all the unreliability
