So I swore to stay out of this, but I simply have to say you have no idea what you are talking about. You tell everyone here they don’t understand or don’t realize like it’s fact. All you are spouting is disproven conspiracy theories. And yes, I DO work in economics and finance and I do know...
If you don’t mind putting in some work (which to me is therapeutic), they claim this costs the same as an M4. Will be my retirement project in a few years.

HP required for sub 3-sec 0-60 time is a pretty basic calculation, but I’m too lazy to do it manually so went to this calculator: https://www.carspecs.us/calculator/0-60
Plugging in different horsepower’s at the flywheel (which can be derived by a P/W ratio) provides these results (3279-lb curb...
Okay so a bit childish as your initial response to me saying a 911T would be intriguing is that the Lotus “slaughters” the Porsche. And you back up your opinion with an article of someone else’s opinion. I bet I can find many articles that favor the Porsche. Didn’t need you to tell me I was...
I had no idea! I looked about 3-months ago and the online configurator didn’t even show a manual transmission was available.
Might be an expensive Spring…..
An absolutely stunning 911. I would trade strait up for a low mileage M491 optioned 911 without blinking an eye. That said, enjoy the Emira. It’s pretty amazing too.
Just picked up a Breitling Superocean for $2850 new from authorized dealer:
I swear I have no relationship with this retailer other than buying watches from them. So just passing this along - Black Friday Sale. You get 50% off price you see when applying coupon in your cart. Some unreal deals...
“Further Emira variants could be on the way, too. “We haven’t even begun with what we can do with versions of Emira,” Balmer told us. “That’s what the crowd is shouting for.”
Soon? Hopefully not Lotus soon.
I tend to buy from these guys who are factory authorized. They have sales from time to time. Some good deals on Breitling. I THINK you can take 35 - 50% off these prices (and no tax)...
It's practically a brand new car. I would jump on it. Only advice would be to caveat the deal on an ECU download to see if the break-in rev limit of 4,000 rpms has been exceeded (in case Lotus wanted to deny warranty work which may/may not be an issue).
I would love to own it as it’s unique as hell. Not too many factory concept cars in the market. I actually like the quirky, 80’s retro styling (because I’m old). Too bad it’s in Switzerland.
There are two on Copart, but both look very repairable. Interesting that the insurance company chose to total them.
