When I booked my second service with Lotus in Bristol I was asked to bring my spare keys with me for the batteries to be replaced, I didn’t know that was part of the second year service but was pleased it was.

Just cleaned my car it’s a year old with 3k miles on the clock, it has PPF and it looks as good as new
