I am in contact with KEF and I will try to get them to get involved. So far they routed me back to Lotus but I also have a good contact at Lotus who is keen to get to the bottom of the problem and I can't imagine KEF themselves would be happy that we are not happy so it shouldn't be a no brainer...

Maybe that pulsating is the fact that you can feel the road through the steering wheel as opposed to being removed and isolated from it in 99percent of new cars out there. A reason to be cheerful I would have thought..????
