I suppose Lotus raises MSRP to give discounts afterwards. Just another sales model. The i4 first editions have been discounted for 15-20% since months (could have been because of the launch today as well). V6 base is +25k in Germany with first edition options...this is ridiculous.
Unfortunately not. But I can share if I find out. For me this is very relevant. I do not want to buy a used V6 because of the problems of early cars. I hate the transmission in the i4. So either they offer the v6 again or fix the slow DCT (maybe with SE). Otherwise Porsche..
This info is for US, isn’t it? My dealer here in Germany was in Hethel 3 months ago and told me, v6 orders for Europe will be open in 2025 with delivery in 2026 again. I was about to buy a used v6 from him. Don’t think he would have told me (staying next to the used v6) if this isn’t true.
Yes Germany. We will get the Turbo SE with 400hp in Europe next year. But no news about DCT changes yet (asked the dealer about it). But @Emira Fan has probably got his still with 360hp and I was interested if they changed something to make the DCT quicker. Or are 400hp i4s being already...

I did a test drive 9th of October. Car was quite new I suppose, probably mid 2024 delivery. Loved the car, but the slow transmission was a K.O. Manual upshifts were slower than in non DCT cars and downshifts...
One year after my first test drive with the V6 Manual I had the chance to test drive the i4 last weekend.
The car had the touring suspension. I liked the suspension a lot. Probably a lot more than the sport suspension. But that is difficult to judge after more than a year since I drove the...
I am also out (at least for now). Got an amazing offer for an Alpine A110S. Test drove it, loved it, ordered it. Pretty different car because the Alpine is true light weight. Still like the Emira and may look for a used one in a couple of years.
Hi all, this is my first post here.
Having read most of the reviews here, I reviewed the Emira from a different point of view today. Lots of comparisons here have been vs. the Porsche Cayman. I will compare the Emira to my two current weekend toys which are front engine cars with different...
