Quick update; the mold for the bootliner is done and the first sample bootliner has been made. They will send this out to me to test, should be here next week. If all is good with the sample, I can then place the order for the production run 👍🏽

Haha welcome to collect! I'm always glad to see an emira :) Silicone ones will take a while due to Xmas holiday break. Attached some pics of the first sample. Note it is manually made so not the final finish. I will be making some small changes including embossing the lines between the buttons.

I see what you are saying, but I'm still not sure TPE would be rigid enough to stay in place like that. The door sill is quite wide, so it will definitely have to be a separate piece from the mat. It would follow the shape of the sill and the side of the sill, just not sure how it would fix in...

Agreed; will need to work out a different model for distributing to the US. Will work that out once I can confirm it is worth going ahead.
