I originally bought the outdoor one , I understand that they changed supplier and the quality is not great, reminded me of BBQ and seat cover material you get from an outdoor furniture centre. I ended up swapping it with the indoor cover which is a good quality item
I measured the garage space so many times based on the published spec and through that there was no way to get it in , (and me to get out) but it worked.
I have some protective padding going on the wall this weekend but managing to get in and out with a squeeze.
I am planning to replace the yellow badges with black ones but my local dealer advises that these are now on back order. Has anyone sourced good quality alternatives from anywhere?
I am thinking that people who know about the car already have one on order or have ordered and cancelled. Lets see what happens when people start to see them on the road .
Looks like its going to be a widespread issue, I have bought padded protection for the side walls and expecting to have to exit via the windows ! or maybe just push it in .
Like the idea of staying put , I already have a fridge in there , just need to add a TV
Not to put a damper on the trip but we did this last year and saw a number of supercar convoys, and some damaged supercar convoys, If you have not been before some of the roads are very narrow, potholed and most days we were stuck behind a campervan that had come off the road . I wouldn't take...
The outdoor covers are not yet available from Lotus but juts double checked to see if they were now in stock and they are not but the price has gone up from £499 to £550 , should have paid for it long ago !
Does anyone have a contact other than LCC. I have sent a couple of feedback emails and been told they will pass them on but I never get any acknowledgment from anyone else . In the space of two days I have had three lots of incorrect information from LCC and no help with my questions
Is anyone else in the Uk struggling to get insured. The car is due in the next couple of weeks but its proving to be a painful process. I thought I was a good risk ,

I too have called LCS. I spoke to them two weeks ago and was told the car was 'in production' and I would get email check out ' soon'. Two weeks later and nothing . Today's call was juts a repeat of the last one , got a bit frustrated when told it was still Dec build and Jan delivery but check...
Seems a bit mad really, I assumed ' in production' meant that it has started its journey down the line and so finished in a few days but clearly it is not so simple . I will just cling on to ' soon'
I was told that they are waiting for every dealer to have the car before releasing any bookings and the trackers have to be set up. Sounds very long and drawn out. I was at my dealers Tuesday, and it was just sat there, would have happily taken it out for a spin
Was reading on another thread that manufacturers will continue to restrict supply even after parts issues are sorted. The result has been less discounting and higher prices / more profit for each car. Manufacturers profit margins overall higher with less supply
