I was going to fit the 3rd decat, but found the valve controller makes it sound much better than it did with sport/tour modes. As for extra weight just leave sunglasses out of the car :)

My garage is insulated and doesn't get damp but my Exige stays in an Airchamber over the winter. I used to have a dehumidifier but the airchamber is much better and cost buttons to run.

My Emira is going to be used all year but the Exige is now in hibernation.

I had this with my last Evora 400 and had to remove the fuse to stop the fan even when locked. It turned out to be a heating pack which the dealer replaced. It was the only fault I had with the car in 5 years.

I was going to take mine for update week ago but couldn't make it. Sounds like have dodged a bullet, as only issue I have has is wipers and parking brake message.

I've had an Evora S1 auto and a 400 auto and now an Emira auto. The 400 auto is significantly better than the S1, but I can't tell much difference between the 400 and Emira. My wife had a Macan gts with pdk and I didn't enjoy driving it withthe paddles as much as the 400. Just wish the paddles...

Magma is an amazing colour, my old ardent red 400 was nice but nothing on the magma in the sun.

Yes I would agree with that being a manual. My auto V6 upshifts way faster than that.

5 weeks and 1100 miles and dare I say no issues. Wipers only been on auto and so never tried fast speed.

Mine was 1 days short of 2 years & 2 months from pre-reveal deposit.

Called LCC this morning and they had received my test payment last Wednesday (y) I spoke to Barclays and by 11am had paid Lotus in full and while I was waiting to speak to LCC to confirm they had received, I got email saying was received. All good to pickup tomorrow at Oakmere. :)

I would guess Lotus have had a bad batch of pumps as I changed from home delivery to dealer and they picked up an issue when they did the PDI. Collection is now next wednesday.

Mine landed at the dealers 2 days ago, but they have detected an issue with steering pump in PDI, so can't fit in trip to collect for 10-14 days. Glad I didn't go for home delivery now as would have meant trip to get sorted.

Manning said they had another enquiry for auto this morning. They are sending me quote which was something around £525 so all I need is the call from Lotus. I have my Exige S1 with them and were easy to deal with and that has agreed valuation and track day cover.

My dates same as yours John. I have gone for dealer delivery I am hoping car will be ready to collect on Friday 21st (or better still next friday) as in Italy from the Monday to Thursday and off on NC500 on the saturday
