Here are the missing details, along with
the completed painting, which is 36" x 36" (915mm x 915mm). Hope you enjoy studying it!
I'll re-share the earlier artworks of Dark Verdant, Hethel Yellow and Seneca here shortly too.

I hope to get to do prints one day, will announce here when that happens. I have still not received my framed print (Dark Verdant) from Lotus nearly two years after delivery!
I hadn't spotted that! I actually flipped this image left to right before I painted it, so the side showing is actually the side without the flap. Great spot though!
Good shout Adrian, I am also on Virgin Media and recently re-engaged with the forum. I can access it via my laptop but cannot access it from my mobile, both of which are routed through my virgin hub. I'll check this week if i can access it when in the office or not, which I know is not virgin.
Thanks, work and other commitments have kept me away but it's great to be back on here - I'd forgotten what a great community it is.
Great spots, although the first edition badge on the dash is also missing in the reference shot - I should add it in, once I check if it's visible from that angle...
Hi, I had the same happen about a year ago - need to fold them in every time it goes in or out of the garage. It's happened a couple of times since then but not enough to be annoying - yet...
That's it complete except for 4 small details (actually 3 small and one not so small...) - I fully expect seasoned Emira experts like you to spot all 4! You can DM me your answers if you want to keep the others guessing a while longer...
Hi, it's quite some time since I've posted here and over a year since I've done any painting. Festive break saw me back art the easel and enjoying it once i'd blown the cobwebs away.
The Nimbus Emira painting, last featured here when half finished...
Yep, this happens with my 996 C4S too - and they are big brakes! As stated elsewhere on this forum GrahamClark_60-68 , take the car for a short (or long!) drive after washing (I do this with the 911 and Emira) - and use it more often!
That is stunning, just gorgeous. The tan with yellow calipers works great - same combo I have on my Dark Verdant Emira, red with red calipers would also work really well - I'd love to see a photo of that too one day.
The second DV you've driven Mark, very different spec to mine though! The goodyears are great, although I'd be interested to try PS4s which are what I have on my 911 - incredible all rounder.
I'd have headed into town tomorrow to say hi but I'm actually heading to the Jim Clark Museum in Duns, true Lotus legend. Worth a visit if you have the time!
