The Lotus Emira Questions forum is a unique area on the site here. It allows you to vote on the replies that are given to your question. Users can vote for the correct answer and the thread starter (or an Admin) can mark one of those answers as the correct answer and thusly, mark the thread "Solved".
Some threads may not have a single right answer... in that case you can leave the thread unsolved/unanswered or select the closest answer. To vote on an answer, simply click on the up arrow in the right hand portion of the post.
If you want to mark an answer as correct, simply click the checkmark on the right answer.
I've highlighted both areas (the up vote, and the check mark to mark solved)
Once you do, a thread prefix will automatically be put on the thread showing it has been solved.
Hope this helps determining the questions that may still need an answer vs. the ones that have been solved.
