Took my car to get aligned today for tracking purposes. The dealer is pretty far from me so was hoping a local alignment shop that does a lot of aftermarket suspension work would be up to the task. Despite removing the floor pan, they were still unable to perform the task. They said they wouldn’t be able to access the rear camber bolt on the front lower a-arm. Judging by the openings in the floor pan, I’m guessing the alignment can be performed without removal. Is the rear camber bolt supposed to be accessible through the opening just above the sway bar? Was also wondering if the sway bar bracket needed to be removed for alignment purposes? I doubt a simple alignment requires any special tool. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Side note, car has 900 miles and the alignment from the factory was off quite a bit. Front right caster& camber was at 4* & 0.3*. Front toe was way off (front left pretty toed in and front right toed out a bit). Left rear toe was 0.30* compared to 0.12 on the right.
