JAPAN - Brand new, 108 km, Emira V6 MT on Japan Auction (日本のオークションで108 kmの新車エミーラ）

Today Thursday March 14, 2024 a Lotus Emira V6 Nimbus, full black pack, manual transmission, sports suspension with only 108 km appeared briefly on a Japanese auction (but was apparently later withdrawn). A friend was present and got some photos. The big question is what caused this to happen? This was said to be a genuine, proper import, and it was sold through a Lotus retailer. I have also noticed that despite that all V6 cars arriving in Japan were supposed to be pre-ordered by customers, there are. still V6 cars offered for sale through various LOTUS retailers, including at the importer LCI’s stores. Does this mean there is currently a surplus of these cars? An Emira appearing at auction is for sure a first (as far as I know). It will be interesting to see if it appears again, and what it would sell for?

今日３月14日LOTUS Emira V6 ニンバス、フル ブラックパック、マニュアルミッション、スポーツサス、108km、が日本国内のオークションに出て、その後削除されました。私の友人がそれを見ていて写真を撮りました。なぜこれがオークションに出たんでしょう？正式輸入車で正規ディーラーで販売された車だそうです。V6はすべて予約販売のはずですが、現在Lotusの店で販売されているものがあります。これは、余っているということでしょうか？

Looks like the previous owner did not intend to "flip" it, as it has been driven, and an Electronic Toll System (ETC) device has been installed.
