Terrible Key Fob Badge

Does black plastic dome under the cheap metal badge come off? Or does the GRP badge stick to that?

I bought a 3D domed Lotus mini badge (18mm) from Divine Handicraft - only £3. Fits perfectly over the existing Lotus key logo if a little raised but did the job!
