UK Customer care phine number and live chat not working

I have been trying to contact UK custimer care via the +44 (0) 3300948047 number. For days now the number is not answered and the numerous call back messages are ignored. I also noticed the "live Chat" at customer care is disabled.

Does anyone have any information on what is going on at Lotus UK?

Frustated (not for the first time!) owner
 
I’ve been trying to get an update for 3 weeks. No answer to emails and no answer from the phone line.
 
Same here! Sent an email and did get a response after about a month but only after I sent a stroppy email saying how discourteous they were. They had the nerve to invite me to “reach out” to them but when I rang I was number 1 in the queue for about 40 minutes and then made the mistake of pressing for a callback that’s never happened. I replied to their email asking them to ring me because I couldn’t ring them and haven’t heard from them since. They really are abysmal.
 
In the last month, I’ve sent 5 emails to Lotus Customer and had no reply. I sent 5 emails to Lotus Escalations and had no reply. I rang Lotus Customer care 4 times and hung on for over 30 minutes each time and eventually it goes to an answerphone. I’ve also sent 2 registered letters sent to Matt Windle and again, no response.

Shockingly disappointing....
They seem to have learned nothing in the last 3 years.
 
Or its a company that has let go most of the customer service staff because the leadership can read the writing on the wall. Although Lotus customer service has always been bad, I was hoping it would pick up once they actually have cars on the road.

I don't think this bodes well for Lotus resolving the numerous issues customers have. I've never known it this bad.
 
From December last year I spoke to them numerous times and they responded to emails. This continued until a month ago and then radio silence. Something changed around the start of April. I thought they’d blocked me, but it seems like other people have experienced the same.
