I'd check to make sure none of your adhesive weights haven't fallen off a wheel. There should be a clean spot or residue. Also check wheel bolts torque (prob not that)
If those ok Id take to the dealer and have them balance check each wheel (assume they can do that).
Then harder things to check from there.
1.) Check wheel weights.
2.) Check lug equal lug nut torque.
3.) Check to see if your wheel mounting surface has any rust or dirt/buildup on it if wheels have been off recently.
4.) Check wheel balancing on road force machine.
