Summary of visits planned described in post #35 of this thread.​

10月25-27日の金～日で北陸ツーリングに行きましょう！平日は無理という方は土曜日から現地で合流 OK です。
Let’s go tour the Hokuriku area on Oct. 25 to 27 (fri-sun). Those who have other commitments on Friday can join on Saturday.

• Oct. 25 (fri): pass through mountains in Nagano (松本から安房峠) and stay at アパホテル富山駅前 in Toyama-city. Make your own reservations.
• Oct. 26 (sat): explore Toyama (庄川温泉郷経由で五箇山) and move to Ishikawa (白山ホワイトロード経由の片山津温泉や山代温泉郷) and stay at かがり吉祥亭 of 山中温泉 : Make your own reservations. Tiled parking in front of hotel, ground stone pavement parking across the street.
• Oct. 27 (sun): explore Ishikawa then head back via Hokuriku Expressway (北陸自動車道) and Tomei Expressway (東名高速道路)

Fingers crossed the turbo cars will be broken-in delivered by then !

1,000km 超となりますが、行きは中央自動車道/西宮線/長野線 (210km)、帰りは北陸自動車道/西宮線/第二東海自動車道/東名高速道路 (525km) と全行程の68%が高速道路なのでそんなに辛くはないかな？

I have relatives (from my country Norway) in town Oct 24 - Oct 29

But I really do not want to miss this tour; so tentatively I will join Saturday Oct 26, stay overnight and also drive together on Sunday 27.

• Oct. 26 (sat): quiet place around Yamashiro Onsen (「みどりの宿 萬松閣」など？) may cost around 20,000JPY per person (shared room for max 8 people including dinner+breakfast) ==> tentatively reserved for 6 people (no cancel charge until Oct. 20)

Any ideas are welcome!

山代温泉から少し山手の山中温泉おすすめです。渓流沿いの温泉です。

金沢から比較的近い、辰口温泉も良いですよ。

I recommend you Yamanaka Onsen, a little up the mountain from Yamashiro Onsen. It's a hot spring along a mountain stream.

Tatsunokuchi Onsen, which is relatively close to Kanazawa, is also nice.

The hot spring here is a mixed-gender open-air bath. Whether you can encounter young women depends on your luck. (Haha)

辰口温泉　たがわ龍泉閣

石川県 金沢の奥座敷 辰口温泉にある旅館「たがわ 龍泉閣」は、混浴の露天風呂「田んぼの湯」で田園と星空の眺望、ゆったりした時間を露天風呂付客室で楽しめる宿です。小松空港からのアクセスも便利。兼六園など金沢観光にもお勧めの宿です。

• みどりの宿 萬松閣 at Yamashiro Onsen : 20,000JPY per person (shared room for max 8 people including dinner+breakfast). Asphalt parking space. ==> tentatively reserved for 6 people (no cancel charge until Oct. 19), can add 2 more.
• かがり吉祥亭 at Yamanaka Onsen : 25,000JPY per person (shared room for max 6 people including dinner+breakfast). Tiled parking in front of hotel, ground stone pavement parking across the street. ==> tentatively reserved for 6 people (no cancel charge until Oct.25), additional headcount will need separate reservation.
• たがわ龍泉閣 at Tatsunokuchi Onsen : <<< SOLD OUT >>> 混浴だからなのか満室。Asphalt parking space.

@virtualmacho Personally I don't have a preference, but it's possible that I won't be driving alone.

If I go by myself then I'm fine with any of the rooms. However, if my girlfriend ends up joining then a shared room won't be ideal/

For now let's assume that I'm going by myself because that's the most likely. かがり吉祥亭 works for me.

If later it turns out that she's joining then I'll just find a room somewhere and make the reservation myself.

私は、彼女と行きますので、別で部屋を取ろうと思います。場所は、山中温泉をおすすめしましたが、山代温泉の萬松閣も良さそうなのでおまかせします。
I'll be going with my girlfriend, so I think we'll take another room. I recommended Yamanaka Onsen, but Banshokaku in Yamashiro Onsen also looks good, so I'll leave it up to you.

大変失礼いたしました。ぼっち放浪ばかりしているもので誰かと一緒に旅をする、という概念をすっかり忘れていました！少人数の部屋の方が予約が取りにくくなっていく可能性がありますので早めに確定させましょう。

場所は、山中温泉をおすすめしましたが、山代温泉の萬松閣も良さそうなのでおまかせします。

Most probably, I can join this party from Fri to Sat. That's why I will be staying at Apa Toyama on Fri. I may have a chance to say hello and some drive together with all on Sat.

I have tentatively reserved a 6 person room, but already received notification from 2 that they prefer their own room. As such, I will be cancelling the big room. Please make your own reservations and confirm when done. The cost will go up to around 55,000JPY per person, but you won't have to put up with my snoring all night!

海王丸パークの駐車場は広く、車を並べて写真を撮るのに最適です。

呉羽山展望台もおすすめです。
駐車台数が少ないのが難点ですが、
晴れていれば北アルプス立山連峰が望めます。
