Hi,
I’ve just dropped off my car for its first service at HR Owen (Lotus Manchester) they are also a Lamborghini dealership, i saw two Emira’s in the showroom amongst the lambo’s they looked hideous IMO and really cheapened up the lotus brand, my car parked outside next to a Lamborghini really did hold its own.

I appreciate that everyone has different tastes, but... yikes. The black and gold I could possibly warm up to if it were kitted out as an actual track car, but the yellow one...

Maybe they were fed up with people asking if they were Lambos and put on the big Lotus text and badges to make it clear

The Black & Gold I kind of get, harping back to the old JPS type livery. Worryingly I like the side Union flags, but would not be brave enough to install on mine

The only thing I liked was what they did to the interior of both cars .

No, I'm not a fan, personally. I've not really seen any after market mods that I thought genuinely improved the looks. It's a testimony to Lotus that they nailed it right out of the blocks.

Except that Union flag front grill they put on the 10,000th Emira, I'd agree with you
I have wanted to like the numerous rear spoilers, but none have said "must have"

Similar thoughts here although some of the front splitters look good

Had the Taycan in for a software update down the road so popped up for a run in an Emeya.

If I were Geely I would take the dealership off them for abusing my eyes with both those cars 'adornments'

The black one definitely has the John Player vibe, but not a huge fan of that livery. The Blue and yellow. Looks like it will soon have a "Liberty Walk" kit and "Gumball "Rally" stickers too

To each their own, but I prefer more subtle personalization. I also think the "loudness" of a car should reasonably correspond with its performance capabilitites.

I added a tri-stripe on mine and love it. However the decals in the original post above went too far in my opinion.

This looks great, really goes well with the black roof as well. Going to be trying something similar with my car.
