UK Customer care phine number and live chat not working

Lotus Colchester too, that doesn't sound like them? I've had a few dealings with Lotus Colchester and they've always been helpful and responsive for me. Just wondering, are you completely without your Emira for these 4 months or did they give you a courtesy car?
I’ve been completely without it. It disappeared on the 18th December last year. Lotus CC did arrange for a courtesy car though.
 
Between posts, Colchester have now come back to me, but it’s going to be the second week in May at the earliest that I’ll be able to collect the car.

Hell mate, I thought we would try and arrange a get together once you got your car back, before my holiday, not after it.
Hope it is handed back when they say, but given your previous updates, I'd take their latest update with a pinch of salt

Mine has just been loaded onto a truck today to go back to them. Only had it 10 days. I've given them 7 days to sort or i'll be rejecting the car. Starting to wonder if I should just reject it regardless given the stories tbh.

I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but I’d be amazed if you get it back in 7 days. What issue(s) were you having?

That’s why I gave them the 7 day window. I’m within the 30 day rejection period under the consumer rights act so they have a choice to make. Expedite the fix, or take the car back. Thought it was worth a try as I’d like to keep the car but don’t want to wait if have an option to reject. Not sure what the issue is but it’s in limp mode and engine won’t shut down. AA tech thinks something wrong with the throttle body, which already looks new.

Fwiw my US dealer where I have a deposit is now officially ghosting me. No response to any (polite) query. These are all bad signs.
