Good try. I gave it a "wow" reaction anyway. Initially I was baffled why there were no skid marks behind or in front, or how somebody could have hit you (while parked) and yet sprayed debris backwards and not moved the vehicle... :D
Pro tip for next year. Include skid marks in the prompt.

I strategically chose black calipers when I ordered, knowing I was going for gold or bronze wheels as soon as I took delivery.
Agree, though looking at the picture, and the fact the split is lengthways rather than across the hose, makes me wonder if it accidentally got slashed with a box cutter (when unpacking a bunch at the factory).
I appreciate that everyone has different tastes, but... yikes. The black and gold I could possibly warm up to if it were kitted out as an actual track car, but the yellow one... 😬
Yeah, not surprised, sadly. I think the issues here are threefold: the sub is not a KEF-manufactured driver (based on info here at least), it is a free-air configuration (i.e. there is no "enclosure", just inside the cabin and outside the cabin), and it is a 6x9 (which means fewer options...
Fair shout. I actually ended up giving Peek metal polish a try, and was pretty pleased given the nearly-zero effort I went to this time. I'll probably give it a more serious go when I next work on the car (and maybe test some BKF).
