Yep, totally agree, is a shame but at least you can say you've had one and hopefully you managed to enjoy a few miles in it. Any way have you any plans to replace it with anything else.
Ah, I see, that makes sense. There was a thread on Pistonheads recently where a guy rejected a Porsche at just under six months, I think it took a bit of pushing by him but he did get a refund, though I think there was a slight deduction for the mileage he'd done.

I was just looking at the Emira parts catalogue and noticed they list the air filter fits the following i4 variants
(AMG 2.0L 400HP Engine, AMG 2.0L 360HP Engine, AMG 2.0L 416HP Engine)
