That truly is a shame as I personally thought your deleted posts contained probably the most insightful information I’ve read on here in quite some time.
I’m just surmising here, but I would have thought that as you have put everything back to standard and all was good, then there must either be a hardware or software fault with the JB4 unit.

Not trying to be clever, but you’re not trying to loosen the pully bolt are you? Looking at the instructions you posted it looks like a self tensioning pully, if you turn the pully bolt clockwise it should release the tension on the belt allowing for its removal. If this is what you’re already...
