The biggest difference here is more front camber which will result in more front grip during cornering. There is less rear toe in which will make the rear more active during cornering and less stable at high speed. Overall the new setup should understeer less.
Ok, I want to look into combining the frequencies of all the OEM rear speakers and send them to my aftermarket sub and use the sub's built in freq limiter. The signals I'm getting from the sub speaker are cut off really sharply and results in some bass notes being strong and others slightly...
I fitted the pioneer tweeters and kicker sub today and not overly impressed. I think I got ore of an improvement by applying sound insulation and deadening.
In terms of the sub, I tapped into the standard sub wiring so not getting a good frequency range even with the crossover at max. e.g bass...
Totally agree about the suspension. It's way too soft. If going for Nitrons and you don't like hard suspension I’d ask them for spring rates between club sport and fast road. Fast road is too soft for the track.
I’ve had 2x o2 sensors replaced. Last time the dealer mentioned something about cars that were getting moved small distances in places like detailers had problems. I don’t understand how this could be the case. Maybe unburnt fuel in the exhaust landing on the sensor is not being blow dryed by...
Haven't noticed this. The front wheels will want to steer when going over bumps with feedback going through the hydraulic rack, but only a problem if not holding the steering wheel - so not an issue for me.
Not sure on the figures, but if they are less than advertised Lotus should change as advertised. Saying that, the Emira is not a track car in the form it sells. The suspension is way too soft. Check out the type of spring rates Evora users are using on track and even coming with from factory and...
