Have you not considered rejecting the car under the consumer Rights act?
You offered the supplying dealer opportunity to repair, they declined and referred you to lotus.
They are unable to repair the car within a reasonable period. If you have any sort of legal cover with house insurance I’d...
Yeah dealer (£70k) one won’t get close to £64k.
Contacted the £67k one and didn’t hear anything back.
In no massive rush and set £64k of max (just when ever one comes up at that)
I am in the market for a Seneca or Yellow emira.
Willing to pay up to £64k for a 23 plate car.
Ideals are
Silver wheels
No upper black pack
Spec is flexible, only thing I won’t have is the ice white interior.
PM me if you are looking to part X and can’t get a trade offer and looking for...
I see approved used 2023 car at Silverstone now down to £69.9k

I am sat waiting patiently for them to come down to very low £60s that’s my bite point.
So if anyone is desperate to get out and getting silly offers PM me.
That WBAC price...
All I did was ask and say how disappointed I was given the cost / wait (paint to sample added 9 months to an already long wait) and fact dealer didn’t touch it
I’ve been watching since I cancelled my order in Feb (just before delivery) wise move as will end up saving best part of £20k … a few months ago nearly pulled trigger on a brand new one at £73k but had sat for so long was wary of issues and having a load to fix.
Would rather have one someone...
Porsche is just as bad its not a Lotus thing but that price is insane (unless it was full body ppf?)
Next time try this chap work is impeccable and will be a good few £k less.
This is some work he did for me and note the comments about that Porsche paint…
That was with dealer under strict...
Having cancelled my order I am now at point of trigger on an April 23 car (March build) that has deliver miles and not been used for very low 70s (saving me about 13k on what I would have paid in March).
Before I pull trigger I want dealer (none Lotus) to take to Lotus for all required recalls...
That’s a crazy WBAC price… would be good as my bite point is £68k.
So so glad I bailed on mine delivery earlier this year. Could end up saving me ~£15k and someone else ironing out bugs.
No sure it’s a good buy at rate of decline I’d hold off (I am).
I can see them starting with a 6 within 4-6 months so would be another quick £4-5k hit for next owner.
Motorway now bidding £68k so down £1500 in a month.
I’ve got cash waiting to snap one up over winter so been watching market...
I suspect top bids on this will be at less than £70k including fees based on current trade bids now

Just facts sadly see them starting with a £76 now.
Soon to be £73s imho and before we know it 6s.
Great for used buyers and 2nd hand market.
Really sad when Porsches can still command overs and last 2 used lotus I made money.
Rumours are rife in trade that it’s a bit of a dog electronics...
Epic fail as usual, only lotus can manage that.
The dreaded brake light switch of old was main culprit of issues (unable to engage sport) looks like a whole new level of electrical issues.
Muppets I can’t believe it, the I4 should be a comedy of errors if they can’t sort a drive train they...
