I purchased my car at that dealer and would not recommend them from an acquisition perspective. I did however bring the car for service a few months back and that went smoothly. I'd find another dealer if I purchase another Lotus.
Just an aside. That fuse box cover is not white. It has just not had the white protective film removed. I removed mine when I had it apart to install sound deadening. I also removed some other films that were left on during the assembly process on other areas.
