Thanks. I posted earlier that I actually prefer the OEM throw but find 1st a little loose and reverse not going in all the time. Just wanted a tighter feel.

Has anyone compared the Aerie short shifter to the GRP? Curious if there is any difference in feel and throw length.

Dealer heard the creaking and said it’s coming from that. I don’t think that’s accurate though.

Sitting in another Emira, I learned that my car has a 5-7 second hold while the other Emira’s hold released almost immediately. I’m going to check with the dealer is this can be reprogrammed to reduce hold length.

Can someone confirm if putting it in neutral disabled the hill-hold. The hold doesn’t seem to want to disengage and I’m either stalling or burning my clutch. I think I’d be better off without the hold.

Didn’t upload any videos because it’s essentially the same as the other videos. Took it to the dealer and they’re ordering a new steering rack 🤞

Dealer didn’t find any codes and couldn’t duplicate the smoke. Fortunately it appears to be a one off. Perhaps some water from a wash or spill from one of the reservoir.

Track mode keeps the idle revs higher. Double check your rpms when making the comparison.

I did experience a delayed startup once. Also, with my homelink programmed in lieu of the remote, it doesn’t work 100% of the time. I keep the remote in the car as back up, just in case.

Any thoughts about the power band seeming to be more flat post mod and how it seems like in stock form the band had a steeper climb (although maybe less power)? Or maybe my mind was playing tricks on me hearing the valves open more slowly and it sounded stronger when valves were fully open.
