Wonder what circumstance made them appear on both doors over a year after build. is there anything different that may have suddenly caused it - hot/cold day etc?
Mine is also a May 23 build and perhaps it’s just a matter of time.
On their website the gold package which looks similar to Lotus option 1 is £1699 + vat.

What are peoples thoughts on the factory PPF?
Are many factory collections having it done?
It seems more expensive than what people have paid at local detailers.
However, I want to factory collect and am concerned about a 250 mile drive home without it.
It's disappointing that current deliveries still have the wiper problem. I'd assumed they'd resolved it for new deliveries and were just working out how to fix the older cars.
I've not received the email. After speaking to them (last week) they did tell me they were aware some people hadn't received them and it had been passed to the relevant department.
Still not received anything.
Looks like cosmetic repair insurance is the most popular so far.
It‘s a relative bargain compared to PPF, just wonder how good the smart repairs would be.
For the UK buyers who've taken delivery or completed the Enhance & Protect stage. What (if any) options did you choose. Interested to see what's popular and what's not.
For the people who’ve recently received the protect and enhance email. When is your car due for production? Just wondering how far in advance they are sending them out.
Nearly!
I confirmed my spec today, but took the opportunity to remove the tracker.
All correct on screen but the subsequent confirmation email still showed the tracker (and also homelink that i'd never spec'd)
Wouldn't be Lotus if all went smoothly!
The boot/trunk area is covered, not viewable through the glass.
Having seen both (Privacy and none) side by side it confirmed my decision that without privacy was best for me. Privacy is too dark in anything but sun and isn't cohesive as it doesn't match the front side windows and windscreen.
Just to add my two-penneth
I test drove a sport. Touring on order.
Sports suspension more compliant than I expected, however, the roads were mainly well surfaced so not an accurate representation of a B road blast. There was a couple of bits that were harsh confirming my choice of Touring was...
These sort of things annoy me "Very regretful sale due to a genuine change in financial circumstances since I was expecting the car in June."
The deposit is refundable. No one forced you to take delivery and then attempt to sell it for a 15K increase
Edit: I agree the black wheels don't...
Little bit of light reading for you all whilst you await your "soon" to be delivered car :)

I'm sure Lotus don't want me to buy this car. Every point in the process is painful.
Waited in the queue, chose a date further off (2/12) than I would have liked then couldn't click the confirm button.
Started again - queued again - had to chose another date even further away (16/12) and finally...
It's very frustrating the inconsistent way customers are treated re making changes.
I was due an early-ish car, but told by CS that a change would push me into 2023. I accepted this as I wanted the change, however, people who've placed a later deposit can still make changes and receive their car...
Had my email confirming build in September.
Surprising as I made a spec change not too long ago that they said would push me back to 2023. Either it was a threat or the change hasn't been saved.
I'll need to contact CS and confirm my spec is correct.
