Anyone have the same problem? You can have the temp control on 62 degrees or 76 degrees and it still just blows very cold. I am not talking about the AC fan issue which was a failed resister. I had that replaced and still not 100%. I am talking about the temperature and how no matter what your set it on for AC, it is just cold.

Anyone else experience that?

I have to pay closer attention. The AC does run cold though. I’m often actually turning it on or off around 72. I never really run it at 6x so not sure if it gets even colder.

I am facing this issue now, but always run hot. The AC has some flaps that regulate flow/temperature and in my case, they need to be replaced for the AC to function properly. This might be your issue too, test if all the vents blow evenly, because some of my vents are not blowing at all.

Yeah, so far my HVAC on the car has been a complete nightmare. Had the fan resistor replaced under warranty and about 3 months later, the fan stops working. Then they said that was probably software and updated it. It failed again the next day. Now my temperature control just blows freezing no matter what the setting as well. So the fan is intermittently working and the temp does not work. Very frustrating especially since it is two hours to the dealer.

It blows ICE cold for sure, literally no difference between 65 to 73 degrees. Good news, at least for me, is that above that 73 temp it actually calms it down.

Good to know. It's cooling down here so I don't need the AC much but once spring rolls around, it will be headed to the dealer for another try at getting it fixed.

I noticed this yesterday. I just wanted fresh air but it felt like the AC was on, despite the button being off. It’s like the air conditioner thinks it can do things better than my puny human ways.

FYI it received an ECU update just last week with the first service.

It is definitely frustrating. Hopefully you have a dealer close by.

Check how your vents are adjusted. The center two on mine were full open and freezing my hands. The outer two were mostly closed. When I adjusted them, it was much better. You can also change the fan settings from high to low somewhere in the settings menu.

With the AC off (green LED off), try turning the fan (the other knob) off and then turning it on after a minute or so.

You can adjust the vent opening?
