Has anyone ever been able to get these guys to respond to emails? I put an order in for paddle shifters about a week ago and have had zero correspondence since.

Thanks!

They are the same exact thing just without their big large blades installed -- we sell them as they come from JQ Madtrace.
We are U.S. based and answer the phone/email :-)

I've ordered from you guys in the past and was happy. What would you say the size difference is in the blades? Unfortunately, that was what was appealing about the Aerie version and the upgrade from the OEM size.

I can measure the standard ones but they seem plenty large to me, larger than say the paddles on a 3RS or similar sized to Mclaren paddles.

Great thanks!
These are 1/2" longer overall and 7/8" longer on the upper leg.
I gave Aerie until close of business to answer with an ETA. That said I will likely have to cancel the order via my CC since I cannot contact anyone directly. First-world problems, but a real PITA just the same.
I'll be in touch, thanks again!

Reactions: GRP
I'm a loyal GRP fan/customer as Greg will tell you and I highly recommend dealing with him, especially if you're in the States and not potentially subject to this !$%+&#@! "trumped-up" tariff war. That said, Aerie came through for me as well, however they seem to be a smaller company and not as organized as GRP and their principals tend to travel more, so they require more patience...but I think they'll "deliver" if you don't mine the delay. I found they were more responsive when contacted through this Forum (keep in mind Aerie is a Forum sponsor)...as opposed to email. Others have mentioned using the WhatsApp link on their website, which some say works better. You may wish to try those other alternatives, but it's up to you. Greg responding on this thread with details, speaks volumes about his level of service. Good luck!

That's a great recommendation regarding how to connect with them...and yes GRP is pretty awesome ;)

I went with the JQ Madtrace version from GRP. Shipped quickly as always from them. Been a customer for a few years with my Exige and they have always been fantastic with communication and ship times. I had an issue with their popular tail lights for Exige/Evora and their support was top notch getting me a replacement very quickly.
