Any recommendations for a good Android Auto dongle ?

I have persisted with the constant Android Auto disconnects for a few months now and decided that a USB dongle may be a better solution for me. Has anyone tried this ? Does it eliminate the constant wireless Android Auto disconnects ? What brand are you using ? What things or features should I look out for ?

My Samsung Galaxy S24 was experiencing this exact issue w/my Emira, very frustrating to say the least. I ended up using a relatively standard USB-C to USB-B cable (Anker brand) connected into the armrest storage port........zero disconnects with the tether.

I just had my annual service performed a few day ago and there were some updates to the infotainment system, FWIW Lotus may have actually fixed the issue. I've only had two short drives since that update, but so far so good with zero wireless disconnects.

You probably just need some of the software updates.
