Circled in red. Having a hard time finding this part. I originally thought upper suspension piece, but it might be too far back to be that piece.

My guess after looking through the shop manual is maybe a piece of the upper dampening bracket. Just my 2cents.

Good call, upon further investigation I found this image of the driver side under the hood which I am sure would be similar to the passenger side. Again, just my 2cents.
