Which dealer? Did they specifically tell you that your car was still at Hethel? Or just an assumption?

Lotus of NJ. They've been great... called me the Monday after CARB passed and told me all the CARB state vehicles were in covered storage and that they were gonna scramble some boats to try to get them over here.

I was just at the factory. They said they were loading them up as quick as they could to ship them. Had a covered truck taking six away at a time pretty much non stop. Of course they make one every 17 minutes (unsure of the metric conversion) however and I didn't see the trucks turning around faster than cars were being made.

I may have missed it. Have there been any CARB state deliveries yet?

My local dealer here in NY has confirmed his first cars are inbound, as we speak, and expects his first deliveries to commence by the end of April
