As per title, car insured via Adrian Flux, through LV broker division and National Windscreens is their glass replacement company. They are talking about 3rd party glass, not Lotus supplied, and said they will fit it at their Bristol depot. I would prefer it to be done with the assistance at least of Rybrook Lotus, just wondering if anyone else has used NW before?

I have used them on a previous RX7 with 3rd party glass and it looked like new OEM. Just email them and get them to reply stated it will be exactly the same as the OEM spec and get a reply before you agree.
I find Lotus often ring with updates instead of email which makes me suspect and put it in writing anyway.

I have a chipped windscreen, when I spoke to National windscreens I asked if they can get a Lotus screen , they said they would try.
I got a text from them to say “ the glass required for your vehicle has now been indentified but unfortunately there is no stock. once we have more information we will be in touch “

It has to go to their workshop , due to the sensors needing calibration, I’m in no mad rush as its just a chip at the moment, but its right in my vision , which is a bit of a pain.

would a screen repair sort it? I had a sizeable chip on my Evora and used a diy repair kit and it’s virtually invisible now.

My Emira is booked in tomorrow at NW who say they have sourced a screen from Lotus but they are due to confirm timings etc to me today. I’ll report back what happens…..
