DARK VERDANT!?

You can really see the difference in color tone depending on the light source. I can also see the richness of the color is going to require it to be clean and polished, but oh does it look good when it is.

Thank you for these pics!

I'm happy I'm DV.
I'm not happy the interest rates are going through the roof.

I'm happy my car port (don't have the space or funds that some of you guys do (remember, I was only the get away driver)) is being built.
I'm not happy we broke half of the roof tiles.

It's a balancing act.

Dear all, today I was at the Lotus dealer where I've ordered my lotus emira (dark verdant, silver heels/calipers, tan interiors no privacy glass) to do a test drive of one of the two demo emiras they have and one is with tan interiors, black wheels, red callipers privacy glass and..dark verdant!!! I'd like to share pictures/video with you.

On one note I'd like to point out that I really really like the color which could look lighter or darker therefore looks differently according to the light conditions.

Hope you like the pics
Thanks. How was the test drive?

Excellent pics. Don't much like it in low-light, but love the lighting conditions that show it is actually green.

Well….it was, unfortunately, much in traffic conditions so not very rappresentative of how the car actually handles but… I didn’t like much the gear level, too hard imho and the pedals, too much on the right side…but everything should be solved with the automatic transmission. suspen wise you feel the little cracks on the road surface but it handles very well the big bumps, I’ve been told the car was on tour suspension which are hard Enough for me. Driving position you are sit very much “deep” under the steering wheel, the result is having the sensation to be very much in front of the car with a very short front bonnet. gears are quite long imho so not very reactive at long revs but you don’t need to change gear to one ( ore even more) below if you want to drive relaxed but at high revs is where everything gives its best in terms of responsiveness and fun.

Dark Verdant, indoors with an 18% grey card for reference.

Except for RHD, that's my spec. Looks great! I'm thinking I may have to darken the front rubber hood seal though, on DV that looks too bright.
Same here! But with privacy glass deletion and silver callipers!

My spec, but with sport and cups 2s, looks great, roll on the delivery 😀

Do you have any thoughts on the KEF stereo? I'm very curious to hear feedback from someone who has a production grade car. Thank you for sharing!

FINALLY someone who knows what they are doing shows up with a color reference! And with the most accurately color-balanced shots of the car YET.

Thank you so much!!
Can you explain in simple terms the use of the grey card?
