That's the one, but it looks like it was just extremely slow to load. I left the page up and it loaded after a few mins. However, looks like independent registration is temporarily closed.

Just a quick update, I can see I have had a few messages over the last couple of weeks.
I will respond to all later, just got back into Port in Auckland and will have time to do another run for anyone wanting manuals.
I will respond to my messages.

Will this be the latest edition? For US, my downloaded printing is "November 2024". Do not know if a later edition exists.

UK edition is still May 2023 so I wouldn't hold your breath....
