Hey everyone,

I just finished the break-in period and switched the drive mode to ‘Track’ with ESC turned off.

One thing I noticed is that the ESC seems to turn itself back on automatically whenever I push the rear end a bit aggressively through corners.

Is this normal, or am I the only one experiencing this issue?

In track mode you still have some safety net when pushing hard.

In track mode you additionally have to switch off ESC completely by pressing „ESC off“ on the screen, there is a little button for this.

Thank you for your kind reply.

I made sure to fully turn off the ESC by holding the button for 2 seconds.

However, it still seems to reactivate when I push the car aggressively.

Ok, interesting!

Do you have an i4 or V6 engine?

I‘ll attend a drift training with my V6 next saturday, that’s why I hope esc will be turned off and stays off. :)

Do you have the ESC off indicator on your dash ? I do when I turn mine off, which I do every so often (almost always in sport mode), and there is no intervention by the stability control by any means haha, so if that’s not the case it’s either you haven’t turned it off or there is an issue.
Mine is a V6 Manual btw.
