Exhaust recommendations in Seattle/Eastside?

Anyone have any recommendations for Emira exhaust work in the Seattle/Eastside area?

I'm looking for someone to help with 3rd cat delete and valve controller install (I know it's doable DIY, but would still prefer the help of an expert), and possibly a full exhaust upgrade in the future.

I have been to Car Spa in Bellevue for clutch replacement on my Evo. Pretty good price (lowest among the several shops I quoted) and no complains about their work. Exhaust mods should be an easy job for them.
