Mine arrives in NZ in July, Lotus bumped me down the list due to ordering it directly from Lotus, prior to NZ having a dealer.
Do you have a price for the PPF yet?

No PPF, I'm old skool polish and occasional touch up stick.Roll on July eh!

I am debating this too.
Have read on here that the paint layer is quite thin. Placing the PPF on too early before the paint has completely hardened, can cause damage to the paint while they install it. May just have to hang back a little further on the Lotus club runs...

Yes it's called curing
give it at least 6months

This is interesting news. Curing sounds logical (given the design lines of the Emira, you will literally be watching paint dry).
Applying film before 6 months then inhibits the curing process?
Would the same be true with quality wax, sealant?

Probably ok with polish
don't know.
Definitely not ceramic coating for a while.
