Fully agree Tom - I have even heard that Scott has given 2 different answers on when the i4 FE will come - that's not the Scott I know, so I wonder if there is something lost in translation... I asked Lotus directly btw - and they said q4 2022 still for the i4 FE
I was told there will be 500 in Dec 2022 which will all be going to dealers 1st

I and several others fed back on Wed about the steering wheel stitching, so it’s good that they’re listening to everyone’s feedback. I’m still lobbying for Hethel Yellow to be a metallic…
I had my call yesterday. Happy! Playing with the configurator last night I noticed the lack of yellow stitch on the wheel (hadn't seen the above comments). Unhappy! Phoned Customer Care this morning and nearly fell off my chair when he confirmed it's not available on the manual. It honestly took me a good few seconds to believe it and was pretty honest about how I felt. He did say I'm not the first and the feedback is all being passed up the line.

Come on Lotus, surely it's not too late to get whoever is making the manual steering wheels to stitch more than one colour. Make it truly special for the early customers and they'll be your best sales people.

I'll be gutted if I can only get a plain black wheel. My Yaris cost less than half of an Emira and that bit of red stitch makes a real difference to the 'getting it in it each time' experience (though the number of fiddly buttons is rubbish).

PS. Someone needs to tell the Shmee that his screenshots are from the old configurator...

PS. I did search but didn't turn anything up; what's happened to the silver tail pipes option? On the early configurator the lower black pack was not mandatory.
Think consensus was lots have complained and they are considering. BUT if not dealers will help with third party options at a cheaper rate than the 400 Lotus would charge.
Silver tail pipes and Lotus badging will be on all non upper black pack cars allegedly

Would that mean 'going to those on the Dealer list who paid an early deposit but stipulated an i4 model?'
Or simply going to Dealers as a display/test-drive model?
