Could I ask the members that have received their Emiras, did you receive anything like a key presentation box, or the certificate of provenance or some sort of gift at or after purchase?
Is this dependant on where you collect the car

I received the key presentation box around 2 weeks after taking home delivery in November.

I think most early UK customers got the key presentation box if they had home delivery or dealer collection. Not sure if they are still being issued, I was told it was a cost to the dealer so some were doing and others not.

I got the key presentation box two weeks after collecting the car from the factory . The picture of the car is on back order .

I got my car and after that wait it was enough!! here's hoping I am lucky enough to get a key box

However nothing else, with it being a direct sale with Lotus we are unlikely to see similar benefits to dealer supplied cars from other manufacturers from now on until they realise the good will and brand loyalty it develops

I have said it before but the customer experience from Lotus is very poor, and before someone says "but the factory collection is great" which I appreciate it may be (I did not take the option) - you PAID for that experience.

In Germany, I got a branded Cup and a Mini Emira in (almost) my configuration on collection day, however, I'm pretty sure they were dealer-issued goodies, not Lotus directly

Looks like Lotus are still doing the presentation boxes. This one turned up in the post today a month after I picked up the car from Caffyn's Lotus in Kent.
