Gloss black lower black pack durability?

I can’t tell what’s happening?
The area enclosed in red outline is flaking paint (not reflection).

It appears to be a long line of flaking paint.
Then it must be an issue with the paint. There might have been something on that edge before it was painted. It could be as simple as skin oil from someone holding the part at that end, and it wasn't thoroughly cleaned and degreased before painting. I'd have your dealer look at it. That should be covered under warranty.

The upper Black Pack is not proving to be durable. US I4 with 500 miles, whole car is Ceramic Coated (PPF is not applied to Black Pack area).

Any ideas how they would go about fixing this?

I had a similar problem, although it was a smaller spot on my right side lower rocker sill. The PPF installer wasn't happy with his first installation attempt, and when he removed the film, a chip of paint came attached to it and left that white undercoat showing. He had an auto paint repairman come in and sprayed the spot bending it perfectly without needing to remove anything. I couldn't even tell where the exact spot of the repair was. Cost was $250.00 and, in my case, it was discounted from the PPF installation.

That sucks. Is the dealer saying anything? I’d expect fixing this to be their problem, given the age.
Ill contact dealer on Monday. I expect they will fix it without issue.

Does anyone know if that side vent is easily removable and replaceable with a new vent if necessary?

Best of luck. Let us know who your dealer is and how they respond.
